To book our photography services, you must complete the booking form on our Website. We will confirm your booking via email once all necessary details have been provided.
Payment
Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. We accept payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
Delivery of Services
Turnaround Time
We strive to deliver edited photographs within the agreed timeframe, typically within 10 business days after the event or shoot. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Rights to Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal or commercial purposes as agreed upon in your booking contract. You may not sell, license, or distribute the photographs without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grey Desk Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
